Overview

Description: Oversee and maintain the integrity of the exam room environment, ensuring a smooth and secure examination process. Manage attendance, verify student identities, and assist with any exam-related queries. Accurately input and manage exam data, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to established protocols.

Responsibilities:
Monitor exam proceedings: Ensuring compliance with exam regulations and maintaining a distraction-free environment.
Verify student identities: Checking identification documents and confirming registration status.
Distribute and collect exam materials: Handling question papers, answer sheets, and other relevant materials securely.
Address student queries: Providing clear and concise instructions and resolving any issues that arise during the exam.
Report any irregularities: Documenting and reporting any suspicious activities or breaches of exam protocols.
Input exam data: Accurately entering student information, scores, and other relevant data into the system.
Maintain data integrity: Ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all exam-related data.
Assist with exam preparation: Supporting the setup and organization of the exam room.
Manage exam room logistics: Overseeing the arrangement of furniture, equipment, and materials.
