Overview

JD for Sales & Marketing manager (SME & Institutions) Manage and grow a client portfolio, building strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify business opportunities, generate leads, schedule meetings, and arrange demo with decision makers at SMEs, MSMEs, institutes, colleges. Present Learning & Development products & services effectively to close sales and secure long-term contracts. Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.
