Description: Shine Project India is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic Education & E-Learning team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving sales within your assigned territory. This is a full-time position offering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment where your contributions are valued.
Responsibilities:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify potential customers and understand market trends
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing excellent customer service
Presenting and demonstrating our educational products and services effectively to potential clients
Negotiating and closing sales deals, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintaining accurate sales records and reports
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Staying updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and effective sales strategies
