About the Job

Overview

Role Purpose: The HR Executive will handle recruitment, employee support, and HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the company. They will focus on hiring the right talent for roles like Research Analysts, Business Development Executives, Journal Editors, and Admin staff, while also maintaining employee relations and policies. Key Responsibilities: Recruit and hire candidates for research, academic writing, business development, and admin roles. Manage employee records, payroll, attendance, and leave details. Take care of employee onboarding, training, and exit formalities. Support teams in performance reviews and appraisals. Solve employee queries and maintain a positive work environment. Ensure HR policies and company rules are followed. Prepare HR letters, reports, and maintain HR-related documents. Coordinate with management for manpower planning. Organize HR activities, meetings, and employee engagement programs. Skills Required: Good communication and people management skills. Basic knowledge of HR operations and labor rules. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Problem-solving and supportive nature. Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, HR tools). Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred). 0–3 years of HR experience, freshers can also apply.
