Position Overview The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Alisha Green Energy’s solar solutions. This role bridges sales and marketing functions to ensure seamless workflow, effective communication, and impactful campaigns that highlight the company’s commitment to sustainable energy. ## ???? Key Roles & Responsibilities ### Sales Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. ### Marketing Responsibilities - Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) to promote solar products. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. - Manage social media platforms, website content, and online advertising. - Organize promotional events, trade shows, and awareness programs on renewable energy. - Collaborate with design teams to create brochures, presentations, and marketing materials. ### Workflow & Coordination - Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Coordinate with finance and operations departments for accurate billing and delivery schedules. - Share customer feedback with product development teams to improve offerings. - Maintain CRM systems with updated client information and sales pipeline data. ## ???? Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - 2–4 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in renewable energy or technology. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Knowledge of solar energy products and industry trends is an advantage. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms. ## ????
