Job Title : Salesperson Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Behaviours: ? Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. ? 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the electrical or manufacturing industry. ? Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ? Results-driven and self-motivated. CTC: 15K To 18K 1. Job Purpose: Drive revenue growth by Account management, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company?s electrical switchgear products across target markets. 2. Reporting Relationships & Organization Structure: Reports to: Sales Manager Collaborates with: Marketing, Production, and Customer DMU 3. Dimensions ? Targets, Budgets, Staff numbers: ? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for existing products with existing customers. ? Manage travel and promotional budget for customer engagements. 4. Principal Responsibilities: ? Maintain relationships with existing customers. ? Identify perceived user value (PUV) of our products ? Present product offerings and support customers with technical insights. ? Work with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met. ? Report on sales performance and market trends. 5. Job Context: This role is key in expanding the customer base to support the company's ambitious growth goals. The salesperson will play a vital role in building market presence. ? . 6. Resources: ? Necessary resources such as travel desk services, conveyance will be provided
