Overview
Description: This role combines sales, marketing, and back-office support, requiring a dynamic individual with strong communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for driving sales, supporting marketing initiatives, and managing administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generating leads and converting them into sales: Identifying potential customers, contacting them through various channels, understanding their needs, and presenting our products/services to close deals.
Supporting marketing campaigns: Assisting with the execution of marketing strategies, including online and offline activities, to reach target audiences and promote brand awareness.
Managing back-office operations: Handling administrative duties such as data entry, record keeping, documentation, and customer service inquiries.
Maintaining customer relationships: Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Preparing reports and presentations: Creating sales reports, marketing updates, and presentations to track progress and communicate key insights to the team.
Managing queries: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing necessary information.
Required Education: : Minimum 12th pass/graduation.
Preferred Education: : BCOM.
Experience: : 2 years 6 months in finance, personal loan, home loan.
Skills: : good communication, MS Word, Excel, manage queries.
Salary Range: : From 8000 to 18000.
