This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about sales, leadership, and making a tangible impact on the business. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. * Develop and implement comprehensive and innovative sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base. * Set clear sales goals, establish performance metrics (KPIs), and meticulously monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching. * Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. * Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and effective process. * Prepare and present accurate and insightful sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. * Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing training and professional development for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance. * Collaborate closely with the marketing department to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies and promotional campaigns. :Required Education: A minimum of a 12th-grade pass or an equivalent qualification is required. We prioritize proven ability, drive, and leadership potential, and we strongly encourage candidates who demonstrate a remarkable aptitude for sales to apply, irrespective of their formal educational background. :Job Industry: This position is within a dynamic and competitive industry where performance and strategic thinking are paramount for success. You will be at the forefront of driving business growth in a fast-paced environment. :Min Salary: ₹20,000 per month. This represents the starting base salary for this role. :Max Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month. The final compensation package is highly flexible and will be commensurate with your experience, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and performance. The salary structure includes significant potential for performance-based incentives and bonuses. :Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position requiring your complete dedication to leading the sales team and achieving our business objectives. :Job Experience: We are open to candidates from various experience levels. While prior experience in a sales or team lead capacity is beneficial, we are primarily looking for individuals with innate leadership qualities, a strong commercial acumen, and an unwavering drive to succeed.
