This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with strong verbal skills to launch their careers in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Initiate a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases. * Clearly and confidently articulate our products/services, value proposition, and key benefits to potential customers. * Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, building rapport and establishing a positive connection. * Diligently follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in messaging. * Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, handling objections gracefully and providing accurate information. * Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. * Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume and lead qualification. * Collaborate with the sales team by qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for further follow-up. :Required Education: We require candidates to have successfully completed their 12th standard (Higher Secondary Education) or an equivalent qualification.
