Overview
Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database or lead list. Sales Pitch: Clearly and convincingly communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to generate interest. Lead Management: Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive telecalling. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers by understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions. Objection Handling: Address customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively to move them through the sales cycle. Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team-based daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Data Management: Accurately document and update all customer interactions, details, and sales progress in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-up calls with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales. Feedback: Provide feedback from the market and customers to the management team to help improve products and strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role. Freshers with excellent communication skills may be considered. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in [English and/or local language]. Persuasion Skills: Proven ability to persuade and influence customers. Resilience: High level of motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude when facing rejection. Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software, including CRM systems. Goal-Oriented: A strong desire to achieve targets and performance-based incentives.
