About the Job
Overview
o Install, troubleshoot, and repair services and equipment at customer locations. o Diagnose and resolve connectivity and hardware issues directly on-site. o Set up modems, routers, and cabling; ensure services function properly. o Educate customers on using equipment and optimizing service performance. o Record service visits, issues resolved, and customer feedback. o Inspect, repair, and replace defective hardware as needed. o Address concerns professionally and ensure a positive experience. o Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes. o Follow safety and company protocols while respecting customer privacy
