About the Job
Overview
Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products/services. • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries. • Maintain a record of calls and customer information in the CRM. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales. • Provide accurate information to customers and handle objections professionally. • Maintain a polite and professional tone at all times. ________________________________________ Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or tele sales is a plus. • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, regional language. • Good listening skills and a positive attitude. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.). ________________________________________ Preferred Skills: • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. • Time management and organizational skills. • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
