Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to join our team in the Apparel & Fashion industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations in the back office. Responsibilities:
Manage and organize back office operations
Handle data entry and documentation tasks
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
Assist in inventory management and stock control
Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and answering phone calls
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
