**Telecaller**
Proactively call and engage with potential customers to generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and provide excellent customer service.
Duties:
* Initiate outbound calls using CRM or telephone scripts
* Qualify leads, gather information, and schedule appointments
* Build strong customer relationships and handle inquiries promptly
* Monitor call metrics and provide feedback to improve performance
* Collaborate with sales team to support their efforts
