* Generate and qualify sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.

* Prepare and present loan proposals, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
* Negotiate loan terms, including interest rates, loan amounts, and repayment schedules.
* Monitor loan performance and provide updates to clients and management.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and closing, to facilitate loan approvals and closings.
* Stay informed of the latest industry trends and market conditions.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
