Handle inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills within the healthcare industry. Utilize computer systems to manage customer interactions, track requests, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities::
Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns as required.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service and data privacy.
Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer service processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare customer support.
Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
