Description: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Telecaller to join our growing team at KR Teleservices. This role involves engaging with customers, providing information about products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our telecommunications department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential customers: Introducing products/services, addressing customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
Handling inbound calls: Responding to customer queries, providing technical support, resolving complaints, and escalating issues when necessary.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions: Updating customer databases, tracking call logs, and documenting customer feedback.
Achieving sales targets: Meeting daily/weekly call quotas, converting leads into sales, and contributing to overall team performance.
Building rapport with customers: Providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns effectively, and maintaining a positive brand image.
Collaborating with team members: Sharing best practices, providing support to colleagues, and contributing to a positive team environment.
