Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients: Identify new business opportunities, manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Achieve and exceed sales targets: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, prepare and deliver sales presentations.
Provide excellent customer service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve customer issues, and build strong client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records: Track sales activities, update customer information, and generate sales reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge: Continuously develop pharmaceutical product expertise and market knowledge.
