Description: This exciting Telesales role focuses on upselling TATA AIA Life Insurance rider products to existing customers. You will be part of a dynamic team in the Telecommunications department, engaging with customers primarily from South India (speaking Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu). Roles and Responsibilities:
Contact existing TATA AIA Life Insurance customers to present and explain rider benefits.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate rider options.
Achieve sales targets by effectively upselling rider products.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Build and maintain rapport with customers.
Stay updated on the latest TATA AIA Life Insurance products and rider offerings.
