Position: Accountant Location: Bhopal Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience & skills) Gender: Male & Female Age Requirement: 20 – 30 years Experience: Minimum 3 years required Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions of the organization, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Proficiency in Tally ERP and bookkeeping is mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions. Handle bookkeeping, ledger entries, and reconciliation of accounts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other tax filings. Prepare and maintain financial statements, invoices, and billing. Work with auditors during audits and provide required financial data. Utilize Tally ERP software for accounting operations. Coordinate with banks and other financial institutions when necessary. Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven experience in accounting roles. Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory). Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
