Position: Business Development Executive (Bench Sales) Location: Bhopal Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience & skills) Gender: Male & Female Age Requirement: 20 – 30 years Experience: Minimum 6 months (Bench Sales or related domain preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are hiring Business Development Executives (Bench Sales) to strengthen our sales and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and marketing candidates (bench resources) to potential clients or staffing partners. If you have good communication skills, a flair for negotiation, and experience in sales or staffing, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities  Market available bench candidates to existing or new clients/vendors.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner vendors.  Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.  Identify new business opportunities for staffing services.  Negotiate terms with clients and close deals to achieve targets.  Coordinate with recruitment teams for candidate profiles and submissions.  Maintain accurate documentation of sales activity and client communication.  Stay updated with market trends and client hiring needs. Requirements  Minimum 6 months of experience in Bench Sales, staffing, recruitment, or business development.  Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.  Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively.  Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM usage preferred.  Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
