Overview

Description: Handle administrative tasks, provide back-office support to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring efficient operations
Manage and organize documents, files, and records, maintaining an updated system
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and report generation as required
Handle communication with clients, customers, and internal staff via phone, email, or in-person
Assist with basic accounting tasks, like invoice processing and expense tracking
Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to overall team efficiency
