**Job Description: BPO Telecaller**
**About the Role:**
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers
* Provide excellent customer service and technical support
* Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
**Responsibilities:**
1. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
2. Identify and verify customer needs
3. Provide accurate and timely information
4. Handle complaints and resolve issues to customer satisfaction
5. Follow up with customers as required
6. Maintain high call volume and quality standards
**Requirements:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in spoken and written English
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
* Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems
