The Field Sales Executive will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding market presence within this fast-paced environment. : Minimum Salary (INR): INR 200,000 per annum. This represents the starting point for the compensation package, reflecting the value placed on the skills and experience the candidate brings to the role. : Maximum Salary (INR): INR 300,000 per annum. The maximum salary achievable is dependent on performance, experience, and demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company's growth. The compensation package may also include performance-based incentives and benefits. : Job Type: Full-time position, requiring a dedicated and committed individual to contribute to the company's sales objectives. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip the successful candidate with the necessary knowledge and skills for success. : Job Skills: * Field Work: Proven ability to effectively manage and execute sales activities in the field, including territory management, customer visits, and product demonstrations. * Lead Generation: Expertise in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and market research. * Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and persuasive interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities: * Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential customers within the assigned territory to promote products and generate sales. * Identify and qualify new leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts. * Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits. * Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable sales agreements. * Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis. * Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. * Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data. * Implement and execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth. * Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities. * Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events. * Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical sales practices.
