Overview
Digital Marketing employee is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to promote a company’s products or services across various online channels. This role involves working with social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content creation, and paid advertising to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms like social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
Create, upload, and optimize content for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to improve marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging marketing materials.
Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize for better ROI.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine digital strategies.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO best practices.
Good analytical skills to measure campaign performance.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
