Overview
Responsibilities: Handle inbound/ outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner to potential or existing customers to promote and upsell products or services. Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions. Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain customer records by updating information in company’s Database system or CRM system. Meet sales targets through effective lead management and sales strategies. Follow up with leads, prospects, and customers to close sales and maintain long-term relationships Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or follow-up requirements in a timely manner.
