**Job Description: Care taker**

**Responsibilities:**

1. Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
2. Assist with daily activities, such as meal preparation and laundry
3. Monitor health and well-being, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals
4. Create a safe and comfortable environment for the care recipient
5. Communicate effectively with care recipient, family, and healthcare team
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
