Description: This role involves managing customer accounts, focusing on loan processing. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire loan lifecycle, from application to disbursement, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. This includes handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams. You will also contribute to process improvements, aiming to enhance efficiency and customer experience within the loan processing department. Roles and Responsibilities: * Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate loan processing. * Handle customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction. * Oversee the loan lifecycle, from application initiation to disbursement, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, loan details, and other relevant information. * Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, underwriting, and legal, to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing. * Identify opportunities for process improvements, contributing to enhanced efficiency and customer experience. * Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and loan tracking. Required Education: graduation Preferred Education: MBA Experience: 1 years 0 months in customer support executive, 0 years 6 months in accountant Skills: communication, attention to details, ms excel Salary Range: From 67000 to 75000
