Effectively address customer concerns, complaints, and questions regarding products, services, billing, or technical issues.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding company policies, procedures, and promotions.
Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through solutions, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the designated CRM system.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and ensure consistent service delivery.
