Roles and Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally. * Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and timely. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs. * Identify and escalate complex customer issues to appropriate channels. * Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes. * Stay updated on company products, services, and policies. * Achieve individual and team performance targets.
