About the Job

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export Documentation Executive to handle pre- and post-shipment export documentation, coordination with logistics partners, and compliance with international shipping and regulatory norms. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and familiar with export-import procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and process all export-related documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.) • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), transporters, and shipping lines • Ensure timely submission and accuracy of shipping documents as per L/C (Letter of Credit), buyer, and bank requirements • Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams • Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, and other international regulations • Handle post-shipment documentation and follow-up for payments or discrepancies • Maintain documentation records and manage export files
