Job Title: As a Real Estate Sales executive ( Associate Investment Manager), you will be the driving force behind our residential sales division. This will be an individual contributor role. You will be instrumental in dealing with HNI customers, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the first contact to the final closing. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping clients find their dream homes. Job Role • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. • Calling Potential Leads • Lead generation • Appointment confirmation • Customer engagement • Feedback sharing onto customer feedback • Sales process • Task prioritization • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Key highlights of the role • Fixed Salary • Goal Sheet Appraisals • Attractive Insights • 5-Day Work Week Ideal candidate preference • 6 months to 2+ year of experience in sales is a plus and for fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales. • Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory. • Candidates who are currently working or serving notice period will be preferred • No candidates from Ed tech • Candidates from B2C, Retail, Insurance & Real estate background to apply • Candidate must be a graduate or post graduate
