Job Title: Field Marketing / Sales Executive (B2C) Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Marketing / Sales Executive to promote products and services directly to customers in the assigned territory. The role involves customer acquisition, field marketing activities, lead generation, and achieving sales targets through direct interaction with potential customers. Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new customers Promote company products and services through direct customer engagement Generate leads and convert prospects into customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Collect market feedback and competitor information Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Eligibility Criteria 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline 1 to 5 years of experience in B2C Sales, Field Sales, Direct Sales, or Marketing Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered Required Skills Field Sales B2C Sales Customer Acquisition Lead Generation Marketing Activities Communication Skills Negotiation Skills Relationship Management Territory Sales Customer Service Preferred Candidate Profile Self-motivated and target-oriented Comfortable with field work and customer interaction Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel within the assigned territory Salary and Benefits Salary: ₹35,000+ per month (based on experience and performance) Performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities Training and development support Work Details Full-time role Field-based position Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
