Overview

The Administrative Officer manages daily operations, coordinates with research and technical teams, handles client communication, and ensures smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and workflow Coordinate with research analysts and technical teams Track project progress and ensure timely completion Handle client communication and follow-ups Maintain records of projects, clients, and reports Support revenue tracking and payment follow-ups Ensure proper task allocation and team productivity Required Skills Good communication and coordination skills Basic understanding of research process Strong organizational and multitasking ability Ability to handle clients and team simultaneously Qualification Any degree (MBA preferred) 2–5 years experience in administration / operations
