Responsibilities:
Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information about health insurance plans.
Assisting customers with the application process, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Staying updated on the latest health insurance regulations and policies.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Achieving sales targets and contributing to team goals.
