Overview
Description: Generate leads and convert them into successful personal loan sales, achieving individual and team targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support throughout the loan process. Adhere to all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for personal loans.
Counsel clients on loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Manage the entire loan application process, from initial inquiry to disbursement.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Build and maintain a strong network of referral sources.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals.
Required Education: 12th
