**HOTEL MANAGER** **Job Description:** Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including management of staff, guest services, financial performance and marketing. **Responsibilities:** 1. Manage staff and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures 2. Supervise front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and other departments 3. Provide exceptional guest service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty 4. Maintain financial records and ensure profitability 5. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests 6. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall hotel operations
