We’re Hiring: Admission Counsellor Company: Floating Minds Infotech Location: Hadapsar, Pune. Only Female Candidates Required About the Role: We are looking for an empathetic, goal-oriented counsellor to join our dynamic team. Your role will be to guide potential students by understanding their career aspirations and helping them choose the right course to achieve their goals. Responsibilities: Interact with walk-ins, inbound inquiries, and leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Understand the educational needs and aspirations of prospective students. Counsel students on course options, curriculum, career opportunities, and enrollment process. Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Work closely with the telesales and marketing teams to ensure smooth conversions. Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets. Requirements: Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents. Confident and motivated to meet targets. Graduation in any field (Freshers can also apply). Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred). A genuine interest in helping students make informed educational decisions.
