You must be able to articulate information clearly, practice active listening, and build genuine rapport with clients across multiple digital channels. :Email Marketing & Automation Platforms: A foundational understanding of or a strong aptitude for learning platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools to manage client newsletters, automated email sequences, and targeted communication campaigns. :Live Chat & Chatbot Administration: Familiarity or the ability to quickly master live chat software (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk Chat) to provide real-time client support and manage basic chatbot functionalities to enhance user engagement. :Client Onboarding Platforms: An ability to learn and effectively utilize specialized software designed to streamline the new client setup and integration process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. ### Roles and Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering timely, accurate, and professional support via email, live chat, and other communication channels. * Manage and execute targeted email communication campaigns, including welcome series, newsletters, and informational updates, using our email automation platform. * Administer the company's live chat system, engaging with clients in real-time to resolve issues, answer questions, and guide them through our services. * Guide new clients seamlessly through our structured onboarding process, utilizing dedicated platforms to ensure they are properly set up and educated for a successful start. * Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and transactions, updating our CRM system to ensure data integrity and a unified view of the client relationship. * Proactively gather and document client feedback, sharing insights with relevant internal teams to contribute to product and service improvements. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's offerings to effectively address client questions and provide value-added suggestions. * Assist in creating and updating support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to empower clients with self-service resources.
