Roles and Responsibilities:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities: Prospecting for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Building and maintaining client relationships: Establishing rapport with potential clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and providing personalized recommendations.
Presenting and selling insurance products: Explaining the features and benefits of various insurance policies, addressing client queries, and closing sales effectively.
Achieving sales targets: Meeting monthly and annual sales goals, while adhering to ethical sales practices and regulatory guidelines.
Providing excellent customer service: Responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Staying updated on insurance products and regulations: Continuously learning about new insurance products and industry trends to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
Maintaining accurate records: Keeping track of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details.
Collaborating with team members: Working effectively within a team environment to achieve shared goals.

Salary :

Minimum Salary : Rs. 12000/Per Month

Maximum Salary : Rs. 16000/Per Month
