Convert leads into potential customers through effective communication and persuasion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of leads.
Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in [preferred language(s)].
Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM tools is an advantage.
