About the Job
Overview
Responsibilities: • Support main trainer during sessions. • Handle small group activities and child engagement. • Ensure discipline and interactive learning. • Help in preparation of training materials and assignments. • Give feedback to parents after sessions. Qualifications: • Any graduate (B.Ed / Psychology / English Literature preferred). • Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage. Skills Required: • Good communication with children & parents. • Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for child development. • Classroom management skills. • Creative and activity-based teaching mindset.
