About the Job
Overview
Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation. Handle phone calls, emails, and communication on behalf of the executive. Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, and action item reminders. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and business-related information. Assist with daily tasks, reminders, and personal errands when required. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth workflow. Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems (physical & digital). Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administration. Handle procurement of office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination. Assist HR with onboarding, attendance tracking, and basic HR admin tasks.
