About the Job
Overview
Handle client inquiries and generate leads through calls, meetings, and referrals. Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and repeat business. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Stay updated with current real estate projects, pricing, and market trends. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities. Maintain proper documentation of leads, client interactions, and deals closed.
