*Location:* Mahape, Navi Mumbai ???? *Department:* Sales Manager ???? *Employment Type:* Full-Time *Experience:* 4 - 8yrs *Industry:* Electrical / Industrial Products / B2B Distribution *Key Roles & Responsibilities:* - Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the branch. - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, Customer Satisfaction and business goals - Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales, operations, and support staff to maximize individual as well as organization performance - Monitor branch financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis. - Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers including electrical contractors, OEMs, panel builders, EPCs, and industrial clients. - Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide technical product support where necessary. - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable legal and industry regulations. - Analyze local market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. - Plan and implement local marketing initiatives, product promotions, and client engagement programs. - Prepare and present regular reports on branch sales, performance metrics, and operational efficiency to senior management. *Qualifications & Requirements:* - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. - Minimum of 4–10 years of experience in B2B sales within the electrical or industrial products sector, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or branch management role. - Strong understanding of electrical products (e.g., cables, switchgear, relays, automation, lighting, etc.). - Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. - Solid analytical, financial, and operational acumen. - Proficient in CRM, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and MS Office - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary :

Minimum Salary : Rs. 20000/Per Month

Maximum Salary : Rs. 45000/Per Month
