Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, conduct regular sales visits and presentations to potential clients, manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, accurately forecast sales and maintain updated customer records, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships: Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve concerns, establish rapport and trust with clients to foster long-term partnerships, gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service offerings.
Identify new business opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs, actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads, stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
