Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring performance targets are met
Developing and implementing business development strategies to expand market reach, increase revenue, and enhance customer acquisition
Conducting thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize processes, and drive strategic decision-making
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with overall organizational goals
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify potential growth areas
Preparing and presenting reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management
Mentoring and coaching team members to foster professional development and enhance team performance

Required Education: 12th/Bcom/MBA/Engineering
