Responsibilities


  • Generate leads and follow up with potential clients (B2B &/or B2C).
  • Promote company products or services to customers, explaining features/benefits.
  • Manage and maintain business portals/applications as required.
  • Handle data entry, tracking, and analysis – preparing reports and insights.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer queries are addressed.
  • Work with internal teams (marketing, operations) to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
  • Meet sales targets or business KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis.


Qualifications


  • Graduate (any discipline). Some roles may accept 12th pass for junior or promoter roles.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing).
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Word; possibly portal/CRM tools).
  • Ability to work full-time, shift timings ~ 9 AM – 5 PM.
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week (depending on the role).
  • Freshers may be considered; experience in sales / marketing / data handling is a plus.
