Responsibilities::
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prospect and qualify potential customers through various channels, including walk-ins, referrals, and online leads.
Understand customer requirements and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct effective vehicle demonstrations and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate sales terms, including pricing, financing, and trade-in values.
Process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up communication and after-sales service.
Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
