Description:: Drive sales of automobiles, meeting and exceeding targets, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the dealership's success. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting vehicles effectively, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities::
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prospect and qualify potential customers through various channels, including walk-ins, referrals, and online leads.
Understand customer requirements and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct effective vehicle demonstrations and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate sales terms, including pricing, financing, and trade-in values.
Process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up communication and after-sales service.
Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Required Education:: BCom

Preferred Education:: BCom

Experience:: 2 years 6 months in Car Sales
