Description: Accredium Certifications, a company that values growth and provides a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment, seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Legal Services & Compliance department. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our sales team's success by focusing on both renewal and new business acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Manage and renew existing client accounts, ensuring high retention rates.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through telesales and other sales strategies.
Maintain accurate online data updates for all client interactions and sales activities.
Provide exceptional customer handling, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Conduct mobile calling campaigns to reach potential clients and promote our services.
Demonstrate strong communication skills in either Hindi or English.
Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm in all sales interactions.
